The information I gathered from these two interviews are from two people in their late 40s. They both graduated from college and believe getting a college degree is worth it. They both put in over 40 hours a week at work and often bring work home. On the plus side they both enjoyed their jobs and had benefits such as health insurance, a good pay, and freedom to pick their own schedule. In addition they both agreed without their degree they wouldn't be able to have their jobs. Even though they completed their college degree they both still have to continue their education whether it's through seminars, workshops, conventions or classes. In conclusion I believe getting an education is very important and gives you many benefits.
